Bridges Outreach, Inc. is working to end homelessness in our State.  We approach the solving of this problem through four strategic priorities: Outreach, Case Management, Systems Change, and Permanent Supportive Housing.  While permanent housing is the only solution to homelessness, we must begin by defining the problem in the clearest terms; which begins with regular, consistent Outreach and documented encounters with people who are experiencing homelessness or the imminent threat of homelessness. We believe that housing is a basic human right and that objectively and sustainably ending homelessness must be data driven and outcomes focused.

Our Mission Statement is: Bridges ends homelessness through volunteer-driven outreach and individual case management focusing on health, housing and independence.  We form relationships with those experiencing homelessness while meeting their most urgent needs.
